It is changing seasons here, from summer to fall. I am winding down my garden and covering up my raised beds for the coming winter. All I have left is a couple of tomato plants and a few onions. I am looking forward to the changing colors of fall.
My favorite color is blue, but I do like the vivid reds, oranges, and even yellows of the changing foliage. Although I am unable to go on a photo shoot every year, I have taken some fall photos. One that I like shows a tree (and no, I don’t know the name of the tree) with colors ranging from green to, yellow, orange and red against a backdrop of evergreens and a vivid blue sky. This inspired “Another Fall”, which is going to be in my Gallery Store this October. I used another photo I took of a skein* of geese, removed the geese from that photo and used a different cloud photo that I took I love going through my photo folders and finding ones that help me tell a story in my digital composite collage art.
Trivia Question: Did you know that flying geese are called a skein? What is a group of geese on the ground called?
